This website (“Site”) is provided to you by XeroBlu.com a division of Xeroblu Enterprise (“XeroBlu”).
Our buisness address: XeroBlu Enterprise c/o G&F Garage, 60 Station Street, Darlaston, West Midlands, WS10 8BW ('Xero Blu'/'we' /'us'/'our').

You must be sixteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.

Ordering
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. United Kingdom law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from XeroBlu.com.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and XeroBlu.com until we dispatch the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by XeroBlu.com of your offer to buy goods from XeroBlu.com or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by XeroBlu.com (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

You undertake that all details you provide to XeroBlu.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

XeroBlu Gift e-Cards*
1. Eligibility: XeroBlu Gift eCards are valid for only 6 months.
2. Limitations. The Gift eCard may be used for purchases of any items on XeroBlu.com Store only. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or other cards, is not reloadable or refundable
3. Fraud: XeroBlu is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
4. Law: Gift eCards and their use are subject to the XeroBlu Teams of Condition: www.xeroblu.com/terms-condition

* The value of the subtotal must equal or be greater than the face value of the Gift eCard.

Pricing
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Collection Details
If you like to collect your product from the West Midlands, please send us a message via our contact us page to arrange date and time of collection. We only accept cash on collection.

Payment & Delivery Terms
All of our items are usually shipped within 24hrs of ordering or within 24hrs of an ordered item becoming in-stock. If part of an order is out of stock, we may ship the in-stock items separately, at no extra cost, to minimise waiting times.
Payment must be made before 1pm Monday to Friday for same day delivery, otherwise delivery will commence next working day, unless otherwise stated. For Saturday dispatch payment must be with us before 10am on Saturday for same day dispatch otherwise it will be sent out on Monday.
For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order before December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Delivery Courier
Subject to stock availability, orders will be dispatched within 24hrs via Royal Mail/ParcelForce post.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day
You can use Special Delivery™ Next Day from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays, therefore if your item is sent out on Friday you would recieve it on Monday.

If you need your item sent over the weekend, you can also arrange a guaranteed Saturday Delivery, which would cost extra per item as this is a seperate service by Royal Mail, please ask for more details regarding Saturday Deliveries.

We aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day,

All 1:18 scaled models and larger items will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day, otherwise Royal Mail 1st class recorded will apply. We may use Parcel Force or any other courier at our discretion.

Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return period in line with the Government's cooling-off law outlined below. Any errors, transit damages or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order; we cannot rectify issues after this time. Any consumable item, such as pens and inks, must be in perfect, unused and sealed (where applicable) condition to qualify for refund subject to the cooling-off period.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, XeroBlu.com shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question providing that you notify XeroBlu.com of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they order the correct item.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a tracked-delivery service, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. As soon as we receive your returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item -we cannot refund the postage charge unless it was included in the original purchase price.

Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off Period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us, to request a returns reference number and you will be given details concerning the return of your item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand without prior permission.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or special next day service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. It is at the discretion of XeroBlu Enterprise for any refunds on returned postage on items that are damaged or defective.

As soon as we receive your returned order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item -we cannot refund the postage charge unless it was included in the purchase price. Privacy Policy
XeroBlu.com will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform XeroBlu.com as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property Rights
In these Terms, 'Intellectual Property Rights' means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Site shall be owned by us absolutely.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
You acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the above terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice to you if:
•    you fail to make any payment to us when due
•    you breach the terms of this Agreement (repeatedly or otherwise)
•    when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
•    we suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to review and amend these terms and conditions and our disclaimer from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately and XeroBlu Enterprise has no obligation to notify you of such amendments.
